Kneller Hall School Admissions

Curious, quiet, confident or creative, whoever your child is, we would love to meet them and help you decide if Kneller Hall School is the right place for your family.

We are looking for children who will flourish here. Who will engage, contribute and grow as part of our community.

Whether you are considering a place at Kneller Hall Junior School, Reception to Year 6, or Kneller Hall School, Years 7 to 13, we take the time to get to know every child as an individual: their strengths, their potential and their character, so that we can be confident they will thrive during their time with us.

Entry points

Where families usually join us

At Kneller Hall Junior School, our main entry points are Reception (4+) and Year 3 (7+).

For Kneller Hall School the main entry points are, Year 7 (11+), Year 9 (13+) and Year 12 (16+).

Places are also available in other year groups, subject to availability. Early registrants are placed on our main list and prioritised when places become available. We are unable to accept applications for Years 11 or 13.

Our approach

What to expect

Children already at Kneller Hall Junior School move up to Year 7 without sitting an external 11+ assessment. Children from our Dukes Education sibling schools are also given priority admission. Pupils joining Kneller Hall School from elsewhere complete an 11+ assessment.
