How it works

Your Admissions Journey

Step 1

Make an enquiry

Your journey begins with a conversation. Contact our Admissions team or complete our online enquiry form, and we will quickly answer your questions and invite you to visit.

Step 2

Visit Us

We encourage every family to visit before applying. Join one of our open events or book a personal tour and see our school in action.

Step 3

register your child

Complete the online registration form with your child’s latest school report, passport and any supporting documents. A £180 fee applies, and registering does not guarantee a place.

Step 4

Assessment

What this involves depends on your child’s year group and where they are joining from. It may include an assessment and a meeting with a senior member of staff. Details are below.

Step 5

offer of a place

We will confirm the outcome of your application. Year 7 and Year 9 outcomes are issued on 5 February 2027, and Sixth Form offers are conditional on final GCSE results.

Step 6

Accept your place

A £3,000 deposit secures your child’s place and is returned when they leave the school. For children starting in September, a comprehensive induction programme takes place in the Summer term.
