Terms that apply to both schools

A registration fee of £180 is payable at the point of application and is non-refundable. Once a place is accepted, a deposit of £3,000 is required. It is returned when your child leaves the school, less any outstanding charges or the cost of unreturned or damaged school property. If a place is accepted but not taken up, the deposit is not refunded.

Fees are invoiced termly in advance and collected by direct debit. A full term’s written notice must be received by the Principal to be received on no later than the last day of the preceding term to avoid liability for the following term’s fees in accordance with the school’s Terms and Conditions.

Fees can be paid termly or by monthly instalments. If you are paying by termly instalments, the fee payment will be due on or before the first day of term. Payment by direct debit is our preferred payment method.

If you are paying by monthly instalments, instalments will be collected by direct debit in three equal monthly instalments per term on the following dates:

1st December | 1st January | 1st February

Families with two children receive a 5% discount on the second child’s tuition fees. Families with three or more children receive a 10% discount on the second child’s fees and a 5% discount on the third and subsequent children’s fees. Discounts apply to tuition fees only and cannot be combined with other fee remissions unless specifically approved.

Where fees are not received by the due date, the school reserves the right to charge interest, calculated on a daily basis, on overdue amounts.

Parents and guardians may also be responsible for costs incurred by the School in recovering unpaid fees, including legal expenses.
