meet Amy Cavilla: principal, kneller hall
principal’s Welcome
This is an exciting moment for the independent education sector. The foundations laid at Radnor House – academically, pastorally, in our values and our culture, are genuinely strong. The families and staff who have built this community have done something remarkable, and now we are taking everything we have learned about what makes education work, and bringing it to a home that matches what we want for every child.
Welcome to Kneller Hall School, a campus of Grade I and II listed and modern, purpose-designed buildings, set within 30 acres of green space. We are a piece of the countryside in London, located by the Allianz Stadium, the home of England rugby.
We are relocating to the site of Kneller Hall to enhance our academic and co-curricular provision. Our Junior School moves into our previous home in Pope’s Villa, Twickenham. We have an all-through provision for pupils aged 4-18.
An education that begins at our junior school provides a seamless transition to our senior school and sixth form. New facilities for sport, performing arts and outdoor learning will create exciting opportunities for pupils to pursue their interests and develop their skills, alongside new science laboratories, design and technology classrooms, Forest School and a nature reserve.
With a strong track record of successful outcomes and progress, we know how to provide a happy and holistic education. We pride ourselves on excellent progress, positive relationships and a values-based education.
With A Level progress scores placing us among the top 1% of schools in the country for the value we add, we have strong evidence of the power of positive relationships with learning and with each other: high achievement, without anxiety. Simply put: we make a bigger difference.
I look forward to meeting your children, listening to and learning with them, and providing a warm and caring environment in which they can thrive and relish coming to school each day.
