Space to think, to play, to thrive
Senior School Facilities
A historic estate, a purpose-built future: room for every pupil to think, explore, create and grow.

Our New Home
The Kneller Hall estate
Set within thirty acres of historic parkland in Whitton and Twickenham, the Kneller Hall estate is one of the largest and most remarkable sites available to any school in London. Its grounds have stood for generations, and from September 2027 will become the new home of Kneller Hall School.
At a time when outdoor space has become an increasingly rare luxury in London education, the estate gives pupils room to think, explore, create and grow, pairing exceptional new facilities with one of the largest areas of green space offered by any London day school, all within a genuinely historic setting.
Our New Base for Learning
What is being built
Alongside the Grade II listed hall, a purpose built three storey teaching block is being delivered, providing more than 5,000 square metres of new teaching space. It includes industry standard super labs, art rooms, design technology workshops and a new dining area. The block is being fabricated off site by our delivery partners Envoplan and West Green, with modules arriving through the course of 2026.
We publish monthly build updates on our social channels so families can follow progress as it happens.

Where we are now
Until the move in September 2027, the Senior School continues at Pope’s Villa, Cross Deep, Twickenham. Sport is supported by our playing fields at the adjacent Whitton Park Sports Association and by partnerships with St Mary’s University, Teddington Cricket Club, Twickenham Rowing Club and Isleworth Leisure Centre.
