A school with a record behind it and a new chapter ahead

Work With Us

Proven results, a close knit community and two historic homes at Kneller Hall and Pope’s Villa. There has never been a better time to join us.

Kneller Hall School is an all through, co-educational independent school for ages 4 to 18 in Twickenham, part of Dukes Education. We are a school with a strong academic record, a serious commitment to pastoral care, and a new thirty acre campus opening in September 2027.

For anyone thinking about their next move in education, that combination is rare. There is an established community with real results behind it, and a genuinely new chapter to help shape.

Life at Kneller Hall

  • Professional development and career progression across the Dukes Education group

The process

How to apply

Each vacancy links to a full description setting out the role, the person specification and the closing date.

We ask all applicants to complete our form rather than send a CV alone, so that every application is assessed on the same basis.

Usually in two parts: a panel interview and, for teaching roles, a lesson observation with pupils.

All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references and verification of identity and qualifications, in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education.

A formal offer, followed by an induction programme before your first term with us.

Safer recruitment statement

Kneller Hall School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

Equal opportunities

We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to building a staff body that reflects the community we serve.
